Industry Mulls Possible Delay of T+1 Target Date

LONDON and NEW YORK--As the financial services industry assesses the long-term damage from the terror attacks on New York three weeks ago, some speculate that the June 2004 deadline for achieving T+1 is overly ambitious and may have to be moved back, while others dispute that or take a more "wait-and-see" attitude.
