Prebon Moves to DrKW’s Former Sydney Floor
TRADING FLOOR TECHNOLOGIES
SYDNEY--Broker Prebon Yamane has moved trading floors from 83 Clarence St. to a former Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) trading site at 363 George St. in central Sydney, resulting in a technology upgrade, officials confirmed last week. Traders moved in Feb. 17.
Among the more significant changes are a new turret system, new cabling, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and new Cisco switches, officials say.
