LONDON--Through its investment banking division and its treasury products group, Barclays Bank has embraced the Web and the Internet for trading and related services, signalling what might become the way the bank will handle all trading in the 21st Century.

Barclays Capital has a project underway that will provide the links that its traders need to make use of the Tradeweb dealer bond network, says Arthur Kerins, a New York-based associate director for Barclays Capital, the investment banking
