New SectorNet Service Draws Fire From Rival

NEW YORK--Sector, the managed-services subsidiary of the Securities Industry Automation Corp. (SIAC), is drawing fire from a competitor that sees it as having an inherent conflict of interest with its forthcoming extranet service.
