Stanchart Hong Kong Set To Go Live With New Infrastructure For Treasury

HONG KONG--Following a similar deployment in Singapore, Standard Chartered expects its Hong Kong offices to go live by mid-June with a new global IT treasury infrastructure that links all of the bank's treasury applications.

This global project, dubbed Cerberus (TTW, February 23), brings together Sun Microsystems servers, an Informix database and messaging middleware from Tibco as well as server and browser software from Netscape Communications.

Once Hong Kong is live with the new technology
