NEW YORK--Generally, the summer heat causes a significant lull on Wall Street. Project teams are scaled back, deadline dates are loose at best, and by 5 pm on Fridays, half of those on The Street have already made their way out to the Hamptons. This summer, however, Brut ECN has ignored the traditional summer temptations and has been busy turning itself into one of the fastest growing ECNs in the marketplace.
