Sibos '01 Cancelled; Swift Cites Drop in Attendance, Security

LA HULPE, BELGIUM--Sibos 2001 has been cancelled after a significant number of attendees withdrew. Host Swift also cited "current global security concerns." Swift announced the decision on Oct. 8, one week before the convention was scheduled to begin in Singapore.
