LONDON--Strategic Communications Software (SCS) has opened a new UK headquarters in Haslemere, Surrey, relocating its chairman and many of its developers from the company's previous head office in Kuwait.
SCS owns the E-Gate e-commerce solution, intended for trading instruments in any asset class, from trader-to-trader, trader-to-corporate, branch-to-corporate and vice versa. E-Gate also delivers real-time market information to the desktop using a variety of networks, including the Internet (TTW
