Patsystems Soldiers On with New Strategy
TRANSACTION SYSTEMS
LONDON--Patsystems, a direct access derivatives trading system, is going ahead with its plans to restructure despite the uncertainty hanging over the company in the run-up to an extraordinary general meeting.
David Jones, chief executive officer of Patsystems, says that following the strategic review the company undertook after his appointment as CEO in September 2001 (TTW, Sept. 24), it is refocusing its sales effort and reengineering its technology.
