Microsoft Prepares Sibos Surprises

SPECIAL REPORT

SINGAPORE--It’s been a long road to Sibos 2003, which kicks off in Singapore this week, Oct. 20-24, at the Suntec International Exhibition and Convention Center.

The outbreak of SARS in Asia earlier in the year looked like it could force a relocation or even a cancellation. But as the epidemic subsided, Swift officials decided to stay the course and keep the event in the Lion City.

Approximately 3,000 attendees have registered for Sibos, compared to 4,000 for Sibos in Geneva, Switzerland last year
