Cazenove Outsources To IBM For $100M+, 10-Year Deal Said To Be Largest In London
IT MANAGEMENT REPORT
LONDON--Cazenove & Co., a leading privately held corporate stockbroker, has outsourced all of its operational IT to IBM Global Services, in the largest ever deal of its kind in the City of London. Sources put the value of this self-described "mega-deal" at more than $100 million.
IBM will provide IT services to Cazenove for 10 years, taking care of the day-to-day management of its WANs and LANs, desktop data display systems, applications development and maintenance, midrange systems and mainframe
