After Advance Bank/Bank SA Merger, Neither Incumbent Emerges Victorious
DEALING ROOM SYSTEMS
Advance Bank of Australia Ltd. has begun rolling a single digital data distribution system to replace the two disparate platforms that supported its dealers and the dealers of Bank of South Australia, which Advance acquired last year. In an unusual move, Advance Bank chose to oust both the incumbent platforms--a Triarch 2000 system from Reuters and a Multiview system purchased from Trade Centre Products--and to install instead an information delivery system from Dow Jones Telerate.
