NEW YORK--Morgan Stanley will install at least 700 institutional trading positions in the 725,000 square-foot former Texaco headquarters in Westchester County, N.Y. that the firm purchased in January, after selling its new 745 Seventh Ave. tower in midtown Manhattan to Lehman Brothers (TTW, Feb. 4).

The Westchester site will feature IPC Information Systems turrets and connectivity to three separate telecom carriers through two points of entry each, as well as to Morgan Stanley’s storage area
