New Conduits, Virtual Trading Urged at WSTA Show

NEW YORK--In a bid to ensure that major firms stay in New York City, officials of the city’s Department of IT and Telecommunications (DoITT) told attendees of the Wall Street Technology Association (WSTA) business continuity conference that it is sponsoring communications infrastructure improvement efforts around the city.

The city last week was expected to award winners of a $50 million request for proposal (RFP) to construct lateral telecommunications conduits perpendicular to the main Empire
