Espeed, Cantor Rebound from WTC Attacks

NEW YORK AND LONDON--Six months after the attacks on the World Trade Center, Espeed and parent Cantor Fitzgerald, two of the firms hit hardest by the tragedy, are looking to return to New York in their own space. Cantor has signed a two-year lease for a five-floor, 80,000 square feet temporary base on 57th Street and Lexington Avenue, ahead of finding a more permanent location. Cantor and Espeed have already begun rebuilding the lost technology and upping capacity.
