Thompson: RBS Can Weather Global Economic Slowdown

LONDON--What’s the biggest IT issue facing banks in 2002? The global economic slowdown, says Ian Thompson, global head of technology development and architecture in The Royal Bank of Scotland’s Financial Markets division.
