NEW YORK--Crosslinks Systems is building the online fixed-income trading platform for Bonds In Asia, the joint venture of Bridge Emarkets, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and HSBC. The platform, set to launch this quarter, will be a portal for researching, analyz-ing and trading corporate and government bonds across Asia.
