Reuters Wins Bridge Bidding War, But Integration Questions Abound

NEW YORK--Bridge Information Systems announced last week that it has accepted Reuters’ bid for the majority of its assets. Reuters’ bid of $275 million is for Bridge Information Systems (North America), consisting of the workstation and data products, Bridge Trading and Bridge Trading Technologies, EJV bond data and analytics, eBridge and the CRB Index, a measure of US commodity prices.
