Javelin Fixes ABN Amro for Euronext
ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES
LONDON--ABN Amro is using Javelin Technologies' Appia product with a special module to connect to the Euronext exchange via FIX.
Javelin created a Euronext FIX module for ABN to enable FIX connectivity to the exchange. Appia is an XML-based protocol container that allows traders to exchange trade-related information regardless of discrepancies in FIX versions, platforms, middleware or interfaces (TTW, March 12).
