Comdisco Buys Chubb CTF Reportedly For $1 Million

Although a management buyout team of the Chubb Contingency Trading Facility (CTF) originally halted a sale to Comdisco, the tide has turned. Comdisco successfully completed the acquisition on Sept. 4 for approximately $1 million, a source close to the deal says.
Comdisco officials will not confirm that price, but they do reveal that CTF 1996 revenues topped $4.4 million.
