CHICAGO--Bank of America is building a new derivatives trading platform called Advantage, which will be deployed in its Chicago, London and Tokyo offices. It is also constructing new trading floors in London’s Canary Wharf, New York and Charlotte, NC. The bank has also made some management changes as it restructures its technology group to support recent growth.
