IBJ's New York Traders Feed Analytics Using DECmessageQ

Industrial Bank of Japan has installed DEC's DECmessageQ messaging software to handle communications between some applications running on its New York traders' workstations and a database of proprietary data. The decision to implement DECmessageQ raises questions about IBJ's commitment to Kapiti PLC's Financial Information Systems Toolkit (FIST), which is handling users' requests to the database for certain other applications.
