BRUSSELS--SunGard and Web services will be playing key roles in ING Group’s massive two-year overhaul of its back-office systems.
To assist in the execution of its Global Reconciliation Project (GRP) for straight-through processing (STP), ING has tapped SunGard eProcess Intelligence (ePI) in an effort to centralize and standardize back-office technology across Europe, officials say.
SunGard’s Straight Through Enterprise Processing (STEP) transaction event-management platform will be a centerpiece
