HONG KONG and BURLINGAME, Calif. -- Silicon Summit Technologies’ FixConnect Asia subsidiary has joined with Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston and Lehman Brothers to create OrderRouter.net, a FIX network aimed at connecting global investment managers to sell-side brokers in Asia.
