Innovision's FIXML Pilot Starts Next Month

NEW YORK--Innovision, the company developing the FIXML protocol, is planning to start pilot testing the first version of the protocol by February 20, says Innovision president Bill Cary.

The pilot tests are slated to run until April 20, Cary says. Reports on the tests will be presented to the FIX Technical Committee ten days later. "We're talking to a couple of firms now," Cary says. "There should be at least two or three" participating. He declined to specify the firms.
