Bridge Takes Sungard’s $165M Offer: Bridge Trading, EJV, eBridge, Live Wire

NEW YORK--Bridge Information Systems has agreed to sell Sungard several of its business units--namely Bridge Trading, eBridge, EJV and Bridge’s Live Wire corporate news service--for $165 million, sources close to the deal say. Although an agreement in principal has been reached, the deal will not be finalized until May, following several months of due diligence and a full hearing in bankruptcy court on April 30, these sources say.
