Savvis’ Revenues Beat Analysts’ Projections, but Bridge Casts Shadow

HERNDON, VA.--Savvis Communications’ third quarter revenues increased by 754 percent over the same quarter a year ago. The revenue results surpassed many analysts’ projections and momentarily diverted attention away from the networking company’s share price, which has been falling since February (IMD, Oct. 23).

Despite the better-than-projected revenue results, Savvis reported a net loss for the quarter.
