As expected, Wang Laboratories Inc. announced sale of Wang Financial Information Services Corp. subsidiary to new corporation founded by Infotechnology Inc. in conjunction with Financial News Network Inc. and United Press International. Terms weren't disclosed, although payment is expected to be made in cash. Infotechnology says new corporation will feature UPI, Institutional Research Network and FNN's Data Broadcasting Corp. unit. Wang Financial includes SHARK quotations service.
