And that's exactly what the industry's second-biggest data vendor is giving in terms of a WAN redistribution policy--a little. Two years after taking a strong policy stand prohibiting customers' redistribution of Telerate data over their own wide area networks, the vendor is creeping towards a policy that affords the customer the possibility of flexibility in what it does with Telerate
