Xenomorph Adds Tick Data to TimeScape

The new engine built into TimeScape allows users to capture tick data, and then query and manipulate it using TimeScape's existing suite of analytics. With access to more granular market data, users can now define their own proprietary indicators based on tick data, which could prove useful for intra-day and pre-trade risk management functions, says Xenomorph chief executive Brian Sentance.

Capturing tick data is also a crucial part of developing and back-testing automated and algorithmic
