Caplin Adds Reuters News to Trader
Caplin Trader has contained a news display component for some time, which clients can populate with third-party news sources or research they want to distribute to customers, and the vendor is now building an application to read the 90 RSS text and video feeds of Reuters news, produced primarily for inclusion as part of individuals' non-commercial Web sites, and to display the news in a ticker format within the Caplin Trader application.
Officials say the vendor signed a deal with Thomson
