BT Rolls Out ITS Anywhere for Nortel

The new release extends mobile access to all trading information, allowing calls and information to be viewed on remote and off-floor devices at the same time it is received by trading floor turrets and multimedia desktop devices, the officials add.

"Back-office staff or the administration staff using a Nortel phone can see the call coming in on the turret and they can answer it on their Nortel phone without having to walk across the floor to the turret," says Phil Mottram, managing director, BT
