Mizuho Seeks $350M from TSE

EXCHANGE TECHNOLOGIES

TOKYO—Mizuho Securities is demanding Y40.4 billion ($347 million) in compensation from the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) for a trading error last year that the bourse's transaction system could not cancel in time.
