Front-Office Grids Not a Pipe Dream
"Grid technologies have been implemented in the middle and back office, specifically in the middle office. ... The question we have today is how to move the grid from the middle to the front office," says Julien Courbe, managing director of financial services technology for management and technology consultancy BearingPoint, who spoke at the Street#Grid conference in Manhattan last week, hosted by sibling publication Waters.
