Options IT Acquires BNP Paribas IaaS Unit

Complete details of the transaction have not been disclosed by the parties; however, under terms of the deal, Options IT has acquired three datacenters located in the Tri-State region of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut; as well as California and Texas. It has also gained existing staff and clients of the BNP Paribas business unit, which the French bank acquired when it purchased Bank of America's prime brokerage business in June 2008.
