We looked at our vendor contracts and the professional fees we were paying to obtain services. We looked at our build-the-bank projects and how to make them smarter and more cost-effective. We looked at cross-pollination of different functional areas, which led to contractors or consultants not being needed any more. As we increased our focus on the build-the-bank side of the house, run-the-bank support got better, too.
