Mega Mergers 101

I graduated from Francis Lewis High School in Queens in 1968. Although I went on to get three college degrees, everything I know about mega mergers I learned working on the school play. I relied on these 10 lessons while managing the Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust merger.
