Direkt Anlage Bank enters the new frontier of WAP trading.

Direkt Anlage Bank (DAB) is further proof that WAP is everywhere. The bank, the Munich-based subsidiary of HypoVereinsbank, plans to offer securities trading to its retail customers via mobile phone, Palm Pilot or any other terminal adapted to the wireless application protocol, by June.

In fact, WAP-based trading will be part of its standard product offerings, officials there say. The bank also intends to give customers unlimited access
