Reuters Holdings PLC this week launched its Decision 2000 fixed-income data and analytics service. The service introduces an alternative source of fixed-income data for buy-side traders and portfolio managers.
Decision 2000 is aimed at players in Treasury and other fixed-income security markets on both the buy and sell side. But with its portfolio analysis and electronic messaging features, Decision 2000 is clearly pitched at institutional users, a niche currently dominated by Bloomberg
