CME GROUNDS EAGLE UNTIL 2003

At press time, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) announced that it has again delayed the launch of its Eagle (Electronic Arbitrage Globex Liquidity Enhancer) project to add Eurodollar calendar spread trading--currently only traded via CME's open-outcry pit--to its Globex electronic trading platform. The project, which was originally planned to launch in July last year but was beset by delays and problems with the underlying Globex trading platform, will now go
