LONDON GREENLIGHTS LSE MOVE

The Corporation of London last week granted the London Stock Exchange (LSE) permission to redevelop the LSE site at Old Broad Street--one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the City of London. The LSE intends to sell the site and move its headquarters to a new building at Paternoster Square, next to St Paul’s Cathedral, that better meets its current business requirements. The redevelopment scheme provides a total of 500,000 square feet of commercial floor
