TT Sues GL Trade, Nyfix
BREAKING NEWS
At press time, DWT learned that officials of Chicago-based Trading Technologies (TT) are taking legal action against Peregrine Financial, TradeMaven, GL Trade and Nyfix for patent infringements on "click-based trading with intuitive grid display of market depth," according to court documents.
Representatives of most of the defendants were not immediately available at press time for comment.
The lawsuits, filed last week in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern
