SCIVANTAGE BUYS NOVA UNIT
Scivantage, a New York-based provider of Web-based, front- and middle-office brokerage solutions, has agreed to purchase the IT and professional services unit of Nova Corp., officials say. The unit consists of sales, technical development staff and management, and will be combined with Scivantage’s existing services offerings and personnel to create Scivantage Professional Services division. It offers technology assessment, planning and customization development services
