JPM to Add 100 IT Jobs

JPMorgan is looking to add 100 highly skilled software engineers to its European Technology Center in Glasgow, Scotland, as a result of getting a funding commitment from Scottish government officials. The new hires will be partly supported by £1.5 million ($2.65 million) from the Regional Selective Assistance of the Scottish Executive, the regional government of Scotland, accountable to the Scottish parliament.
