IR35: Four Months and Still No Decision

LONDON--The IR35 issue is becoming a little bit like the protracted US Presidential election was--lots of legal wrangling with no result. Trading Technology Week has been following developments in the UK's IR35 legislation.

The official government line is that IR35 removes opportunities for the avoidance of tax and National Insurance Contributions by the use of intermediaries, such as service companies or partnerships, in circumstances where an individual worker would otherwise be an employee
