Arbiters Mull Evidence In Intex-Telerate Case

After more than 60 sessions, the arbitration between Intex Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. and Dow Jones & Co. subsidiary Telerate Systems Inc. is nearly over. A judgement from the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) three-person panel is expected in about a month.
Intex and Telerate were partners in Arena (TST, June 19, 1989), an order-routing venture that was to have used Intex's software and Telerate's network and terminals to route orders to futures exchanges. Agreements with the Chicago Board
