Terror Attacks to Cost Billions For Replacement Technology

NEW YORK--It could cost $15.8 billion to restore all of the IT and communications in New York City, according to research firm Computer Economics. The immediate impact--the need for fast replacement of hardware and software as well as contractors and service companies--could cost $1.7 billion.
