Class Action Suits Hit New Era Of Networks

DENVER--New Era of Networks (Neon) has been served with class action lawsuits after its share price dropped 56 per cent on recent second quarter profit warnings.

The Neon complaints, filed in Colorado, charge Neon and certain of its officers and directors with having issued a series of materially false and misleading statements concerning the company's operations and earning trends. Neon officials decline comment.
