As you can see, these very pages have gone through a change. The accompanying column is the same old Insider, with the City moniker tacked on to reflect that column's return to its London roots. This is a new column devoted to a somewhat different world. Both columns promise to give you a sense of what's really happening--behind the spin that passes for truth in '90s.
