Reuters' Buyout Of Marketnet To Happen Soon, Say Sources

NEW YORK--The long-awaited acquisition of Marketnet Group by Reuters was believed to be imminent at press time late last Friday. Officials at Reuters and Marketnet declined to comment on the deal, but observers close to the transaction believed that it was likely to be completed by end of day Friday.
